Thai Vegetables Salad

Ingredients

Capsicum red 10 gr
Capsicum green 10 gr
Tomato 50 gr
Carrot 10 gr
Frisée 10 gr
Lollo blanco 10 gr
Lollo rosso 10 gr
Mushroom 10 gr
Basil 5 gr
Chicken satay 1
Corn oil 1 cl
Thai dressing 5 cl
Sesame seeds 2 gr

Preparation Method
  • Deseed the capsicums and cut into julienne.
  • Cut the carrot into julienne.
  • Blanch, peel and deseed the tomato. Cut into petals.
  • Slice the mushrooms.
  • Wash the salads.
  • Pick the basil leaves and wash them.
Cooking Method
  • Oil the chicken satay and grill them.
Serving Method
  • Toss together all the vegetables and the salads.
  • Dress with the Thai sauce.
  • Arrange in the plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Place the 3 skewers of satay.
