Caesar Salad Chicken or Tuna

Ingredients

Cos lettuce 1/4
Anchovy 5 gr
Capers 2 gr
Dressing Caesar 5 cl
Chicken breast 50 gr
Bread toast white 1 slice
Parmesan 10 gr
Oil corn 5 cl
Tuna filet 50 gr

Preparation Method
  • 1 Remove the crust from the toast. Cut croutons 1 cm side.
  • Heat up the oil and golden the croutons. Drain them with a cloth to absorb oil.Keep in an air tight container.
  • Shave the Parmesan with a vegetable peeler.
  • Remove any bone from the anchovy filet.
  • Wash the lettuce and slice cm wide.
  • Cut some slices thick into the length of the chicken breast.
  • 7. Cut some slices thick into the tuna filet.
Cooking Method
  • 1. Heat up the oil. Seared quickly the chicken or the tuna slices.
  • 2. Keep the slices moist.
Serving Method
  • 1. Mix in a bowl the lettuce, croutons, Parmesan, and capers.
  • 2. Add the dressing and toss well.
  • 3. Place in the serving plate.
  • 4. Arrange on top croutons, Parmesan, capers and anchovy.
  • 5. Arrange on top the chicken or tuna slices.
