Tomato Soup

Ingredients

Anchovy filet 15 gr
Caper 20 gr
Garlic 5 gr
Parmesan 200 gr
Mayonnaise 2 lt

Preparation Method
  • Grate the Parmesan cheese.
  • Place all the ingredients in a food mixer.
  • Add little water if too thick (consistency should be like crème anglaise).
