Beef Teriyaki

Ingredients

Beef tenderloin 180 gr
Rice noodles 20 gr
Teriyaki sauce 10 cl
Carrot 20 gr
Capsicum green 10 gr
Oil corn 2 cl
Coriander 5 gr
Butter 5 gr
Banana leaf 10 gr

Preparation Method
  • Slice finely the carrot and the capsicum into julienne. Keep in icy water.
  • Cook the rice noodles. Shape into a nest and deep-fry.
Cooking Method
  • Heat up the corn oil with the butter.
  • Pan-fry the beef tenderloin.
Serving Method
  • Heat up the sauce.
  • Slice the beef tenderloin and arrange in the plate. Poor the sauce on top.
  • Place the rice noodles nest and fill it in with the vegetables juliennes.
  • "Burn" the banana leaf.
  • Garnish with the banana leaf and the coriander sprig.
