Tomato Soup


Basil bunch 4
Oil sunflower 1 lt

Preparation Method
  • Pick all the leaves from the basil.
  • Wash them good under running water.
  • Blanch them 3 times cooling them in icy water each time.
  • Put in a blender and puré adding the oil gently.
  • Let marinate at least 12 hours then pass through a mousseline.
