About M. Najem

Lebanese by birth, Mohamad was brought up in the heart Beirut, the Lebanese capital, the city of elegance, history and culture on June 3rd, 1979. Completed his education in C&E College and graduated with technical baccalaureate in hospitality management.

Proudly trained as a michline star chef with more than 14 years of experience in the field of hospitality, food and beverage. The journey started from a snack houses to several restaurants and eventually leading to five star and international hotels. Presently working as Executive Chef at Aspire Zone Doha, one of the sports leading establishment in the world.

Following his graduation from C&E college Hospitality section, Mr Najem expanded his experience working through various renowned establishments from Marriott Hotel & Resort, Gefinor Rotana, Trader Vicks Restaurant, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Movenpick Jeddah, Emirate Palace, Coral International Hotel and most recently at Aspire Zone.

Adding to his portfolio of success are various of gold medals. The award in Horeca Beirut during the year 2003 and 2009, One gold medal Culinary Salon of Dubai during the year 2007, Gold Medal from Gastronomicon International French and Culinary Institute 2010, HACCP certified chef, one michline star from Cap D'agde Paris and numerous other certificates from the hotels around the world. He is awarded with Certificate of completion of IL PRIMO RESTO Kuala Lumpur STANDARD COURSES Asian food, fine dining, and international management skills by president of chef Association Malaysia Chef Federico Michieletto. Mohammad Conducted several TV interviews and completed 12 series of cooking lesson on al Rayan TV, Qatar TV and Al Kass TV. Also he made several classes for kids Healthy cooking.

Mohammad performs as The Advisory Chef for Qatar Football National Team since 2010.

Part of the opening team for Marriot Hotel, Rotana Hotel, Coral International, Moveinpick Jeddah, Crown Plaza Hotel, Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi, Aura Residence-Bodrum and the Aspetar Hospital; has extensive experience in menu building including healthy food, international cuisine (French, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, oriental, and Mediterranean).
